Return Policy:

If you decide to cancel your order before we start preparing your tent for shipment, we will issue a 100% refund, minus a $150 cancellation fee. Please keep in mind that we plan our production materials up to 3 months in advance, so cancellations can be challenging for us.

Once your tent has been shipped or delivered to you, we will accept returns of new, unused Trustmade tents that are still in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs, which can range from $800 to $1200, as well as a $200 restocking fee.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method and may take up to 10 days to appear on your statement. Trustmade is not liable for any products lost or damaged during the return shipping process. If the product is not received or arrives damaged, your return request may be denied.
